I read pretty much anything, from fantasy (City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett) to romance (Bared to You by Sylvia Day) to classics (Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad). The only genres I don't read are self-help and comic books/graphic novels.
I always enjoy a sequel that continues the story of a large family like the Cynsters, that was the original lure for me. I also like that Stephanie Laurens books are quite long, and so the characters and general plot are able to be properly fleshed out. I also really like being able to support an Australian author. One of my all-time favourite romances is her first book Captain Jack's Woman, I must have read it 15 or more times.
