I read pretty much anything, from fantasy (City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett) to romance (Bared to You by Sylvia Day) to classics (Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad). The only genres I don't read are self-help and comic books/graphic novels.
15/2 - I found this book a below average romance (only one romance scene, a surprise and disappointment for any Lowell fan) and only an average thriller (not all that thrilling or suspenseful). I did enjoy the fact that the female lead was a horse rider, as have been a number of her other heroines. It was also nice that there was a mention, albeit fleeting, of Lowell's favourite location and home, the San Juan Islands. Despite the average storyline I definitely intend to read her other thriller romances (no need to mention the oxymoron in that genre definition).
