I read pretty much anything, from fantasy (City of Stairs by Robert Jackson Bennett) to romance (Bared to You by Sylvia Day) to classics (Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad).  The only genres I don't read are self-help and comic books/graphic novels.

No Homo - RemainNameless

22/6 - I first heard about 'Sterek' here at GR and I wondered who would come up with a match between Derek and Stiles. If I had imagined any of the main guys getting together it would have been Stiles and Scott or Scott and Derek, Derek and Stiles just never would have occurred to me, mostly because Stiles has spent most of the show being pretty terrified of Derek. But I suppose if you take away any hint of the supernatural (which is what has been done for this story), most of Stiles' reasons for being terrified of Derek disappear - he's not going to eaten or turned by Derek and Derek hasn't 'ruined' his 'brother-from-another-mother's' life by bringing him into the supernatural world. Still don't really get where the Sterek idea came from, but anyway.

I was quite impressed by the quality of this free online story, I've paid money for worse writing and/or editing. It's hard to see Derek as 'Derek' from the show because without his werewolfiness he's a completely different person with a normal family (that's a bit bittersweet actually, thinking about how happy his life could have been if the Hales weren't cursed by werewolfism). The writing/editing got a bit sloppy towards the end, but still it wasn't terrible, it was just noticeable because the mistakes were noticeably absent for the first three quarters of the story.

(Anyone know what feeling 'crazy rabbit' actually means?  Since I don't know what 'crazy rabbit' means I can't say for sure if I'm actually feeling it, but it looks fun.)
